3. Where It Lives
Stored securely in Supabase (North America).
Access is limited to authorized VisionLeads staff.
4. Sharing with Partners
Minimal sharing with: Stripe (payments), CRM/automation tools (campaign delivery), analytics providers.
Each partner has its own privacy & security policies.
5. Retention
We keep data while your account is active and for up to 12 months after termination for legal/operational reasons.

6. Security
We use encryption, secure access controls, and routine reviews. No system is 100% foolproof, but we take protection seriously.
7. Your Choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data and opt out of marketing emails at any time.
8. Cookies
We use cookies for analytics and login sessions.
You can disable cookies, but some features may not work properly.
9. Children
VisionLeads is for business users (18+). We don't knowingly collect children's data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We'll post the new date above and notify active clients if changes are material.

- Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
- Refunds available within 48 hours of initial signup.
- Additional meetings beyond your included amount are pre-paid and invoiced immediately upon request (see §3.1).
