1. Who We Are
We're VisionLeads Marketing Outreach LLC, based in Ontario, Canada.
We help fractional executives and consulting firms create safe, data-driven lead-generation systems using LinkedIn and related platforms.
2. What You're Signing Up For
When you purchase a VisionLeads program, you're subscribing to a 4–6-month outreach program:
- Core – build your outbound engine.
- Copilot – add a human SDR to book meetings.
- Studio – brand, content, and performance optimization.
You can upgrade anytime (pro-rated). Downgrades aren't available mid-program.
3. Commitment Terms, Billing & Refunds
- Programs are available in 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month commitment terms.
- Billed monthly through Stripe throughout your commitment term.
- Programs auto-renew for the same term length unless cancelled with 30 days written notice before your term ends.
- 48-hour full refund available for first-time sign-ups.
- After the 48-hour window, payments are non-refundable.
- Failed payments: please resolve within 2 business days; new work or campaign changes may pause until cleared.
3.1 Early Termination
- You may terminate your program early with 30 days written notice.
- Early termination requires payment of 50% of the remaining term balance.
- Service continues through the 30-day notice period.
3.2 Additional Meetings & Top-Ups
- Each program includes a set number of booked meetings per month (see Appendices).
- Meetings beyond your included amount are pre-paid at the per-meeting rate listed for your program and are invoiced immediately upon request.
- Pre-paid meetings are valid for 30 days from purchase and do not roll over.
- We'll notify you when you reach your included limit so you can decide whether to add more.
4. Communication & Approvals
If we don't receive required approvals or feedback within 3 business days, we'll keep campaigns running with previously approved content but pause any new changes until we hear back.
5. Qualified Meetings
A Qualified Meeting meets all of these:
- Comes from a lead within the approved Ideal Client Profile (ICP).
- Matches your vetting requirements.
- Scheduled no sooner than your defined minimum notice period.
- May be rejected within 72 hours through your VisionLeads portal.
Meetings booked with less than 72 hours' notice cannot be rejected.
If rejected, VisionLeads cancels and notifies the prospect.
6. Upgrades, Downgrades, & Pauses
- Upgrades available anytime, pro-rated for the remainder of your term.
- Downgrades not available mid-term; may be requested at renewal.
- Pauses handled manually on a case-by-case basis; paused time does not extend your term.
- Term changes you may switch to a different term length (3/6/12 months) at renewal.
7. What We Can and Can't Promise
We use best practices, but we can't guarantee:
- ✕ Specific results, replies, meetings, or revenue.
- ✕ That LinkedIn will never restrict your account.
We follow LinkedIn best practices to reduce risk.
8. Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate info, approve messaging promptly, and comply with LinkedIn rules.
Abusive, unethical, illegal, or non-compliant campaign requests may result in suspension.
9. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- You own: all messaging, leads, and creative assets we produce for your account.
- We own: our software, AI systems, templates, and methods.
We may use anonymized learnings to improve our systems.
10. Platform & Third-Party Tools
We rely on tools like LinkedIn, Stripe, and Supabase.
We can't control outages or API changes but will minimize disruption.
11. Abuse & Conduct
We won't support illegal, unethical, misleading, or discriminatory campaigns and may suspend service if campaigns violate these standards or platform terms.
12. Suspension & Termination
Service may pause or end if:
- Payment remains unpaid after 2 business days.
- Pre-paid top-up invoices are requested but not paid within 2 business days.
- Terms or standards are violated.
- You request cancellation.
If we terminate without cause, we'll refund unused time for the current billing cycle.
13. Indemnification
You agree to hold VisionLeads harmless for claims arising from your content, targeting, or unauthorized platform use.
14. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 30 days before any claim.
15. Force Majeure
We're not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
16. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Disputes handled in Ontario courts.
17. Marketing Consent
We'll only use your name, logo, or results with your written permission.
