1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the VisionLeads website at visionleads.io (the "Website") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.
2. Description of Services
VisionLeads provides done-for-you LinkedIn outreach and lead generation services aimed at connecting B2B companies with their ideal prospects. Our specific services include:
Strategy & Onboarding
- Development and refinement of your ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Creation of tailored messaging and outreach strategies
- Monthly strategy sessions to review progress and plan next steps
- Messaging sheet creation including one (1) connection request message, two (2) follow-up messages, and one (1) comprehensive InMail message template
Done-for-You Outreach Campaign Services
- Monthly outreach to approximately 2,000 new contacts
- 40+ targeted LinkedIn connection requests per month
- 50+ InMail messages per month
- Pre-outreach activities including profile views and likes to warm up prospects
- Campaign cataloguing and results tracking within your LinkedIn Sales Navigator dashboard
Follow-Up & Lead Management
- Follow-up messaging when prospects accept connections but don't respond
- Continued conversation management with up to two (2) additional messages
- Lead tracking and progress monitoring
- Regular updates on campaign performance and results
3. Use of Website
Permitted Use
You may use our Website for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website's functionality
- Use automated systems to access the Website without permission
Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by VisionLeads and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
4. LinkedIn Compliance
Our services are provided in strict compliance with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and policies. We:
- Maintain adherence to LinkedIn's messaging limits and best practices
- Use only LinkedIn-approved methods for outreach and engagement
- Ensure your LinkedIn account remains in good standing throughout our engagement
- Monitor and adjust practices to maintain ongoing compliance with LinkedIn policies
- Provide guidance on LinkedIn compliance requirements as they relate to our services
5. Pricing and Currency
Purchase Currency
All prices for our services are listed in USD (United States Dollars). If you are located outside the United States, please note that your bank or credit card provider may charge additional fees for currency conversion or international transactions. You are responsible for any such additional fees.
6. Service Terms and Fulfillment Policies
Refund Policy
- No Standard Refunds: Our setup and outreach process involves a significant amount of upfront customization. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds for services already rendered or in progress.
- Refunds for Unfulfilled Promises: If we have explicitly promised a specific service or result during a recorded sales call and fail to deliver, you may be entitled to a refund of the portion of fees corresponding to the unfulfilled promise. We maintain records of our sales calls and can provide evidence if necessary.
Cancellation Policy
- Month-to-Month Services: You may cancel at any time by sending us an email at least ten (10) days before your next billing cycle. Please email hello@visionleads.io, and we'll set up a brief call to discuss your reasons for cancellation.
- Extended Contract Terms: If you opt for a 6–12 month contract, additional cancellation fees or conditions may apply, as outlined in your specific contract.
Return Policy
Our services are digital and tailored; we do not have a physical product return process. If you have any questions or concerns at any stage of service delivery, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
Delivery of Services
- Onboarding & Setup: We typically begin onboarding and outreach within 7–14 business days of receiving your initial payment, provided you have completed any necessary questionnaires and granted required account access.
- Ongoing Updates: You'll receive periodic updates on our progress. We also hold monthly strategy calls to ensure all campaigns align with your goals and to make any necessary adjustments.
- Monthly Strategy Sessions: Each month, starting with our onboarding, we provide a strategy session to help develop your ICP and messaging to ensure we actively reach your ideal customer persona.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement
- All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes and international transaction fees
- Prices may be subject to change with appropriate notice
8. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful service delivery, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
- Grant necessary access to LinkedIn accounts and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with LinkedIn's terms of service
- Participate in scheduled monthly strategy calls and check-ins
- Provide feedback on messaging and targeting to optimize campaigns
- Maintain an active LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator subscription as required
9. Results and Performance
- While we strive to deliver excellent results and provide specific monthly targets (approximately 2,000 contacts, 40+ connection requests, 50+ InMails), we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as number of leads, meetings, or sales
- Results may vary based on industry, target market, messaging effectiveness, and other factors beyond our control
- We will work diligently to optimize campaigns and provide regular reporting on performance metrics
- Campaign adjustments and optimizations will be discussed during monthly strategy sessions
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISIONLEADS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR OUR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold VisionLeads harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of LinkedIn's terms of service in connection with our services.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Website and services at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, LinkedIn policy violations that could jeopardize our service delivery, or other reasonable business reasons.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on our Website and, where appropriate, via email. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to changes in LinkedIn's policies, technical issues with LinkedIn's platform, or other third-party service disruptions.

19. Entire Agreement
